What To Expect

      Make sure your student's reading and studying time are consistent. Since we are covering a chapter every week, with reading a quiz every Monday, your student should be putting in significant study time . Each student is different, and has different study strategies that work for them. But students SHOULD be reading,  taking notes , and reviewing their materials on a regular basis. We offer a study session - it's purpose is to help clarify readings and help students do their best on their weekly reading quizzes.

   This is a challenging class, especially for students who are used to making  an easy "A" . This course is designed to be tough - it's college level, with college expectations. Students should go to the text book website weekly to help them along with what they are having trouble with.
