WCHS SUMMER READING PROGRAM

REGISTRATION FORM

Our signatures below indicate that we have read the information packet about the Summer Reading program, that we understand the information below as it applies to us, and that we agree to fulfill these obligations.

           1.     Three books are to be read at the 9^th grade level.  

2.     Four books are to be read at the 10th, 11^th and 12^th grade levels.  

3.     An objective test on each book must be taken by a specific date.  

4.   A 70% average or better is required to remain in Advanced English.

5.     An on-demand writing task will be required in the 10^th and 11^th grade classes.  

6.     Activities surrounding the Summer Reading program will constitute 20 percent of the first nine-weeks grade.  

7  A project is required for 9th, 10th, and 11th grade levels.  

8.  Students must access the packet and schedule from the website.
