Envirothon

animated gifs Envirothon is an annual competition in which winning state/provincial teams compete for recognition & scholarships by demonstrating their knowledge of environmental science & natural resource management.    

The teams consist of five high school-aged students. They exercise  their training &problem solving skills in a competition centered on four university testing categories:

bulletsoils/land use
bulletaquatic ecology
bulletforestry
bulletwildlife & current environmental issues
